actually if the post is not past the first weld on the top tube it can cause damage in a good crash, depending on what frame its on, it would be alright on a frame with an intergrated seat clamp-below the top tube, such as the grim reapers' utilize but this post didnt come out of a reaper lol

Well there is a minimum shipping cost when it is under a certain weight they call it a small packet delivery, and it all depends were you shipped your forks in Canada for 15$, Canada has more then one city
